It works both on desktop and mobile application. Easy to use and user friendly interface. It has customizable dashboard.

It doesn't have many features. There are some limitations to the number of dashboards. There is no option for reporting.

If you need a project management tool, don't hesitate to use it.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

You may categorize jobs by tagging them. You may add a variety of features to Trello by installing the Chrome plugin. I use it to organize jobs that are similar. You may also supply extra information by opening the new job's details screen. The comments section is primarily meant for member interaction. Elegantt for Trello populates your calendar with a Gantt chart that displays task deadlines on the horizontal time axis. The Gantt chart is a handy tool since it allows you to rapidly verify the deadlines for tasks in a list. Trello has a total of 26 shortcuts. Knowing these shortcuts will help you handle your tasks much more effectively.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Trello is free to integrate with Slack, an internal communication platform. When connected, Slack will get notifications whenever information in Trello is changed. Because we perform a lot of remote work, using Trello to create a board for each job makes organizing much easier. Another advantage of Trello Ready board cards is that they allow you to track job progress and may be used in place of daily reports. However, as the number of individuals rises, so does the number of tasks, and the board becomes difficult to view.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Trello's previous limitation was that it could not monitor changes in team members' tasks. However, by using Slack, you will be notified of changes on a frequent basis, reducing the likelihood of lost information. Adding Slack tasks to Trello, on the other hand, may be difficult for persons unfamiliar with computer operations. You must remember the code to add the task, and the initial setup is difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ability of Trello to interface with a wide range of other apps was the determining factor. There are also iOS and Android apps that are beneficial since they allow you to work without having to access your computer. Individuals who are used to managing work with notebooks and spreadsheets would benefit greatly from the Kanban-style task management tool. Using Gmail-to-Trello, you may add the message content as-is to the Gmail-only Trello task. When you use this extension, the Add card message will appear in the mail editing screen, and you may join by clicking on it.
