What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

It's clean and simple, no fuss. It isn't everything to all and in turn overly complex, it's just right.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

simplicity and ease of use, you can get straight in.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's very good, hard to criticise. Perhaps better notifications would improve it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just get going on a free plan and evaluate it, it works really well. Scale up from there and be agile in it's configuration with continual improvements.
