The small checkboxes you can add inside of each job are great for keeping track of your progress, and I really like how quickly and easily you can make a plan of the stages needed for a certain project. Sharing boards with my team is a breeze, and assigning tasks to specific members of my team helps keep things running smoothly and efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's important to improve functionality. The rate at which notifications are refreshed slows them down. More capabilities in various dashboard sections are expected.

What differentiates Trello from other similar products?

Plan and manage project progress its interface with Jira aids in the management of user stories and project tasks. The sprint planning and storyboard capabilities are quite beneficial. My organization also utilizes it to store data and ask simple queries. If you have any questions, please check the Trello board before contacting anybody; you'll typically find an answer there.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Trello makes it simple for huge groups of people to stay organized. It is used by my firm to organize and keep files in one location that is easy to distribute with big groups of individuals. If someone is looking for something, going to the Trello board is a good place to start before asking for guidance. Project management productivity is increased by integration with Jira and Office 365. Personally, I use Trello to help me finish tasks for projects in a logical order. I also use Trello when I'm working with a customer that has many workers or contractors working on different parts of the project than myself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cards/tasks can only be assigned to one board/project. Use of ignition is restricted. Managing many boards is difficult. It is difficult to search for cards on file; the description of the cards has no history and is easily lost. I despise having to scroll down and then right through several cards. It may get quite complicated and difficult to follow at times. In my opinion this might have been presented lot better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are several programs and methods for firm organization, find one that fits your personality and the style of your organization. Trello is designed for a specific style of organizing and does not work for everyone. The best aspect of this kanban board software is its integration with Jira, it integrates with the majority of Agile development tools.
