Not a point of disliking rather a suggestion that if they bring the feature of integration with social media that would increase its popularity.

Unique, easy to use and doesn't require any programming skills. Variety of Integration adaptor for almost every products and suites. Quick time to market and enable business to deliver values quickly. Agile friendly and reliable compared with other products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

No programming skills required almost everyone can work on this including business analyst. Speed and quality of application integration with anything on the internet, on Prem Easy to operate and maintain High throughput and secured Frequent patches to keep the platform secured and robust Extensive logging and monitoring capabilities including support for external integrations

What do you dislike most about this product?

User experience requires an extensive change to have a friendly look and feel incl ux Connector customisation and config is bit thought or not possible sometimes Training availability for this to upskill resources Bit of help and support need to be improved

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Agile friendly and reliable Quick time to market and enable business to deliver values fast Easy to achieve ROI and moderate TCO for business to operate High secured , robust and reliable platform
