What differentiates Terminus Engagement Hub from other similar products?
The UX stands out and in my opinion trumps other competing solutions. Ability to enable sales folks to use it, either in platform or directly in the CRM. Also, the reporting functionality was very easy to set up and gained some valuable insight into multitouch attribution. It pivoted our internal thinking on how to market products and how we'd be using the sales team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The intent engine and the account overview. It's great to also set up different profiles which may be suitable for customers with multiple products.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At times the refresh of the intent data which I would have liked with an increased cadence. At the time there was no `microsoft teams integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the product solution to get after you've crossed the first stage of ABM adoption within the business. Using the tool however won't solve internal alignment issues, get this first, although Terminus is a great supporter and even organised some sales workshops.

What differentiates Terminus Engagement Hub from other similar products?
The quality of the display network Terminus has access to is, in my experience, second to none. The measurability of the activity we run in Terminus is great, the reporting tools give us a clear view of the impact we're having on a range of site activity metrics at a per-account level.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As above, the quality of the display network is what makes it stand out for us. Also the fact that there are ongoing improvements to the UI and functionality – it's good to be able to see a product continuing to evolve.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Aspects of the interface are a bit fragmented at times, and there are a number of things that you can't do in the UI, but instead need to log a support request for. That said, as I mentioned, they are continually addressing these issues, and when you do need support to do something they are super fast and friendly. Other issue for us is the HubSpot integration isn't as complete as the salesForce integration.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If using HubSpot, make sure you clearly understand what you will get in the sync between the two products – the deficiencies in the HubSpot connector, while not a show stopper for us, were not really made clear in the sales process. I know they are also working on further improvements for this, but not sure on timeframe.

The breadth of products, from their Email X, to CDP, they have more products than their competitor set.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have utilized Email X the longest, so we have the most ROI for this product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
First party data.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The ad experiences is heavily reliant on your CRM dataset. So ensure your own data has good hygiene.
