What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?

team Viewer offers easy access, and works with or without an account. Seamless for file transfers and is completely free for non-commercial use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

If you're providing remote access support, it's crucial that the software is easy to download and set up, because the person on the other end isn't necessarily tech savvy. If you're primarily interested in accessing specific machines, you want software you can sign into securely and leave running in the background - TeamViewer does both of these things very well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Canceling a TeamViewer plan is a bit of a pain because you can't do it on the website.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?

As a remote desktop support tool we used earlier before WebEx you have to shared a unique code with the one customer you need to support. TeamViewer to me is more secured.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the capability to pass control to the support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For support job It was just a good assisting tool to get the job done. I do not remember disliking any part of it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Team Viewer is a good tool for remote desktop support you can count on at any time
