It's been in picture for a long while. It's trustable and optimized pretty well for even low end systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Able to access and change required at client's end.
What do you dislike most about this product?
nothing. Few bugs occur here and there which can be ignored.

It's a well organized finished product, can absolutely go with it.

A reliable and useful remote control tool

What differentiates TeamViewer ONE from other similar products?
TeamViewer we do not need to travel to each location to diagnose a computer and IT staff can provide efficient service, since we can interact with a computer or laptop remotely.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
TeamViewer is a secure platform, so there is confidence that our information will not be intercepted by third parties.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can provide both users a full report at the end of the session of what all has been done.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The remote desktop is on top that provides technical support, which means that a technical person not physically present can access the computer to troubleshoot and it provides reliable and secure remote connectivity.
