Administration with TV is easy to use compare to other products in the market. More features exist on admin side.

Web monitoring and remote control.

Taking remote access as admin taking long time for each session.

To those who needs more features than remote control can purchase/ utilize this product.

More functionalities than it competitors
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really like the diverse selection of functions it has available, even on free version
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dont really like that it lacks some AI functionalities that could be implemented
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would really suggest to start using teamviewer as your default remote support application, I would recommend first getting used to it diverse functions
