I like that I have easy visibility into assets i set up with the client.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being bale to remotely login on the fly if users are having issues.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish I could have more users logged in with my one license.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We use both this and Logmein for remote support through out our business. They are both good and need to find what works best for your business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One aspect that stands out to me is the exceptional level of organization within the software. It is undoubtedly one of the most advanced software solutions available. What sets it apart is the inclusion of an audio facility, which enables users to communicate commands verbally, granting them access to specific areas as needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is room for improvement when it comes to the automation capabilities of the software, particularly in the aspect of creating customized processes to reduce the need for manual tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

By providing remote operation capabilities, it enables you to access and work on tasks that require the use of a specific computer, regardless of your physical location. This newfound flexibility has opened up numerous possibilities for me, as I am no longer restricted to working from the office to complete certain tasks. Not only has this increased my overall work efficiency by allowing me to work from anywhere, but it has also resulted in cost savings by eliminating the need for software installation on multiple computers.
