What differentiates Tap My Back from other similar products?

It is similar to the Lanteria HR platform since both have social recognition, a communications panel and employee performance management. It has provided us with an excellent library as a work tool for content search.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the positive characteristics of this work tool is that it has a reward catalog for employees, it gives them recognition in which they can keep track of it, it also has a comments section where employees can exchange information.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At the moment there is no function or feature that we dislike, since it is easy to use, contains a self-service portal and can be used by various companies in the creative and technological industries.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend the platform because it has accessibility to more than 200 countries, it has an affordable price to start using it in which you have a free trial to test its functions, it can also be implemented through different devices and through the cloud.

Tap My Back has the most accurate systems in offering rewards, and this improves the working energy of the employees. Also, Tap My Back has constant evaluating mechanism in matters performance, making every employee have a work spirit.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Payment changes are made, for instance, the introduction of allowances when needed. Again, proper appraisals are conducted, and the one with the highest achievement, they get proper rewards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tap My Back is a tool set for proper rewarding, and performance recognizance. The part of hate from Tap My Back is not present.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tap My Back has made rewarding system more transparent, fair, and often updated due to the changes encountered. More so, Tap My Back has the environment that attracts more employees in the company from the job market.
