What differentiates Tap My Back from other similar products?

Tap My Back Focus on peer-to-peer recognition without monetary incentives. It allows companies to create custom skill badges and recognition categories based on their culture. It provides advanced analytics and reporting to track engagement trends over time. It can be integrated with Slack, MS Teams, etc. It allows for continuous feedback instead of relying solely on annual performance reviews.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is its Peer recognition and continuous feedback which create a culture of appreciation and growth without relying on monetary incentives. Also, we can create custom badges as per my requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have a Monetary reward system. Many of the features are not as advanced as required for large-size organizations. it requires consistent effort to maintain engagement.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend first doing the cost-benefit analysis and if required then only opting for it. Take training before implementing it as various other tools are also available in the market.

I love how this provides recognition and rewards to staff members and creates a positive work environment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are times it can be hard to search for a co-worker within your company if they do not add their last name and there are multiple people with the same first name.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
