What differentiates Sync from other similar products?

Since we have used Sync.com we have found the real utility of maintaining a single platform for managing our documents, since we centralize in one place the sending of files, the sharing of important information and we limit all document management to a single space, thus avoiding taking up space on our computers or putting them at risk from any cyber attack. Its usefulness has been amazing, it is now our daily work, the work team has felt comfortable being able to interact on such a bold platform, and even being able to include our clients and business partners, it automates the review process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Through Sync.com we get a secure cloud-based storage space. It goes from storing information, sharing important files, project collaboration and keeping all our ideas in one place, where we can feel safe, without the need to have all our information on different devices taking up space. Its functions are bold, it keeps each of our documents safe with encryption and verification allows us to increase the level of security to the maximum. Synchronization occurs in real time, its platform allows quick access to the documents we are looking for and in the case of losing a document, restoration works perfectly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer support is one of its weak points, I have appealed for some errors in certain documents and I have not received an attentive and accurate response, it is something that needs to be worked on. Some of the integration options that we believe are necessary to complement document management are not yet available, which limits in some aspects the functions that we need to perform. On the other hand, collaborative work has some drawbacks, it has not worked in real time for us, it is not as fluid as we need it to be at times and it does not allow us to integrate both simultaneous works, which can be frustrating.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend checking the notifications carefully, sometimes they are not marked correctly. Sync.com presents reliable automations, which although there may be certain points to review, they are constantly visualizing errors to improve them. But otherwise the platform is competent for document management, it is bold and efficient.
