The cost is slightly expensive but it does offer a lot of features

Broadcom Symantec Email Security.cloud stands out because it combines strong cloud-based email protection with Symantec’s global threat intelligence network. It offers advanced anti-phishing, anti-spam, malware detection, data loss prevention encryption, and targeted attack protection in a single platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Broadcom Symantec Email Security.cloud is its strong multilayered threat protection. It does an excellent job filtering spam, phishing attempts, malicious links, and ransomware before they ever reach users’ inboxes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the biggest drawbacks of Broadcom Symantec Email Security.cloud is that the user interface can feel outdated and sometimes difficult to navigate. Some users also report slower email delivery, complex configuration steps, and challenges with integrations or support responsiveness after the Broadcom transition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I also recommend spending time on proper policy configuration and user training, since the platform has many advanced settings that can be overwhelming at first. Several reviewers mention that setup and administration become much smoother once the policies are fine-tuned.
