What differentiates Symantec Email Security.cloud from other similar products?

Product is easy to use, easy to customise the antispam, anti phishing policy. Data protection policies are very much configurable as per different countries data protection regulations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Anti spam, anti phishing and data protection technologies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Costing is slightly on higher side

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft defender for O365 can be considered along with Symantec email security solution.

It offers advanced anti-phishing, anti-spam, malware detection, data loss prevention encryption, and targeted attack protection in a single platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Broadcom Symantec Email Security.cloud is its strong multilayered threat protection. It does an excellent job filtering spam, phishing attempts, malicious links, and ransomware before they ever reach users’ inboxes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the biggest drawbacks of Broadcom Symantec Email Security.cloud is that the user interface can feel outdated and sometimes difficult to navigate. Some users also report slower email delivery, complex configuration steps, and challenges with integrations or support responsiveness after the Broadcom transition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I also recommend spending time on proper policy configuration and user training, since the platform has many advanced settings that can be overwhelming at first. Several reviewers mention that setup and administration become much smoother once the policies are fine-tuned.

What differentiates Symantec Email Security.cloud from other similar products?

No frills and straight-forward management of email gateway and filtering rules

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's nice product to secure emails, we have tried multiple products but this was quite useful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product has generally done a good job of filtering out spam and phishing emails, which has helped to reduce the amount of unwanted messages for users. However, I've noticed occasional delays in delivery and the user interface is a bit clunky.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Symantec Endpoint Email Security is a cloud based email security solution. It helps to protect from Phishing and Spear Phishing attacks which comes via email. It provides additional layer of email security to filter the Spam. We can allow and Block IPs and Domain as per the company need. So, good to go.
