One can launch and iterate surveys easily and in real-time analytics which directly tie back into CRM system which enhances linking survey answers to customer segmentation, feedback collection for service quality, understanding retention and the cross-sell strategies among other outcomes

The mobile first and offline capabilities are very limited and may affect in-branch and field team surveys
