What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?

The are a lot of products in the market that offer solutions that creates and manages surveys, but SurveyMonkey not only is a survey creator but also can be used as an employee engagement solution. SurveyMonkey becomes a critical part of your organization once you start using it and I consider it to be one of the products that will provide a fast and positive outcome on your ROI as soon as you start using it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The list of things that are great about SurveyMonkey is a very long list, but having tons of features that helps you create unique surveys is on top of this list. That's not the only thing I like about SurveyMonkey, I also find that the customizable Branding is also something that is hard to find in other products that have the same cost. SurveyMonkey also has a very straight to the point and informative data analyzing process where you can filter the data you get from the survey's according to what you are looking for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What can you dislike about a cost efficient product that delivers everything promised? SurveyMonkey, releases new features and templates in slow motion but once they are released, they are flawless...

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I suggest that you give it a try and then thank me afterwards.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?

SurveyMonkey have the best aftersales team ever, one time we raised a ticket and the other minute got a call from the representative who helped out throughout our issue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SurveyMonkey has a lot of useful features, but for me I feel that the best is how it keeps track of all the surveys where you can access your data anywhere and anytime using any device.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like everything about SurveyMonkey but the only thing that might need adding is the templates, they have enough but more is better

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it! SurveyMonkey is the best Survey managing solution in the market and you can ask them for a trail at first.
