They have a very good, yet excellent support team

Being able to send as many surveys as you want to as much people as you want

What do you dislike most about this product?

The pricing module is not the best in my point of view

Open a trail version and use surveymonkey

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?

SurveyMonkey has almost the same capabilities and features as other similar products but they are better in the support that they have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is that SurveyMonkey has a survey builder that will help the user create any survey from the start till the end.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The lack of constant updates that SurveyMonkey has is what I dislike about this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My recommendation to whoever is considering this product is to visit SurveyMonkey website and open a trail account and test the solution then upgrade when you want to unlock all the features.

This solution is the best solution for creating surveys. Surveymonkey makes it so easy for anyone to create a survey and send it to anyone they want.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is that you are able to create a survey in minutes without the need to be a very technical person yourself.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dont like that suveymonkey are not always updating their templates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you try the free version then upgrade if you find it suitable to your needs.
