What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?

Easy to use with drag and drop features. Offers good features for the licence cost and the platform feels robust and reliable. Building surveys and viewing rapid results is very easy and fast

Quick results and required notifications

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing major - questions should by default be mandatory and there could inclusion of questions like hierarchy type

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?

Integrations and plugins obviously. Courtesy Surveymonkeys vast integration with a cross-section of software products deployed in my workplace, we are conveniently improving the engagement level of our surveys and easily exporting survey insights into third party data visualization tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the quality of the analytics Surveymonkey presents, regarding every single survey campaign we launch on the platform. Its analytical data are always very concise, and we rely on these data to continuously improve the engagement rate and overall quality of our surveys.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is currently no provision for survey collection offline.This has left us needing to maintain a separate software for this sole purpose.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For online based feedback collection , Surveymonkey should be a good fit for most organizations.
