What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?

I think Survey Monkey is different from other products because of how innovative, and ahead of it's time it was when it initially came out. When I first learned about it, I couldn't find another product like it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Survey Monkey is how reliable it is. My client services team always knows that they will be able to complete the tasks I give them with Survey Monkey in a timely manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's honestly nothing I dislike about Survey Monkey. My staff still uses it, I just happened to switch to Google Forms for myself as the owner of my business because of the ease of access Google Forms gives me.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would reiterate that Survey Monkey is a very reliable platform. You always know what you're getting when you are using Survey Monkey. I also like how well organized everything is, and how easy it is to use it.

What differentiates SurveyMonkey from other similar products?

I feel like SurveyMonkey is a leader for survey programs. I think it has a lot of great reporting options and helps you build the survey to get the most unbiased results.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the reporting features, they are helpful for sharing and presenting to my team

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do dislike the monthly cost, I wish there was an option for like a pay as you go as we are not always regularly sending surveys

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great product and very easy to use. You don't need IT support either and would be fine for beginners who have never sent surveys before.
