The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Sugar Market from other similar products?
What I like about Sugar Market is that it brings a lot of the marketing work into one place without making everything feel overly complicated. The integration with SugarCRM is a big advantage, especially for keeping marketing and sales aligned and giving both teams a clearer view of leads and customer activity. It also offers a good mix of email marketing, lead scoring, automation, and reporting. Compared with some similar tools, it feels more focused on practical B2B marketing and sales collaboration rather than just running campaigns.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part is how easy it is to keep marketing and sales on the same page. Having campaign activity, lead behavior, and CRM data connected in one place makes it much easier to understand which leads are actually worth following up on. It saves time and reduces a lot of the back-and-forth between teams.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The biggest downside for me is that some parts of the platform can take a little time to get used to, especially when setting up more advanced campaigns or automation. A few workflows could feel more intuitive, and the reporting options sometimes require extra effort to get exactly what you want. It works well overall, but there is definitely a learning curve at the beginning.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend taking some time to understand the automation and reporting features before fully rolling it out. The platform is especially useful if your sales and marketing teams already work closely together or if you use SugarCRM. Start with a few core campaigns first, get the team comfortable with the workflows, and then expand into more advanced automation. It is a solid option for B2B teams that want marketing and CRM activity connected in one place.

What differentiates Sugar Market from other similar products?
First, the pricing is per contact, not per email sent. For our specialized B2B sales operation, with long sales cycles and nurturing processes, that is perfect, because we can leverage our lists intelligently.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Everything is reportable, and you can run processes based on it. For example, we have dynamic lists that are fed depending on how people respond. Whether they open an email, don't open it, attend an event, or register and don't attend, all of that moves them into a list where they keep receiving our content. They never stop hearing from us with relevant information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting is the weak spot. The out-of-the-box reports are excellent and cover general cases perfectly well, but when you want to dig into exceptions or fine details, there is definitely room for improvement.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Think about how your marketing operation works. Sugar Market is largely designed for an industrial market that prospects large companies, where we want to reach as many people as possible within each account rather than reach a huge audience. For example, for a services company it's great because it greatly improves customer engagement. But for a company selling clothing to end consumers, it's hard to get the most out of it.
Pros
- Reliable
- Enables Productivity
- Saves Time
