What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?
It is quite simple to use and has all the functions well integrated into the front panel, the reporting function is a great time saver and allows me to communicate the results of my efforts on social networks clearly and easily, it is also very easy scheduling all my content in advance, it also allows us to closely monitor all messages and comments in one place, it has helped me stay organized, especially with the different platforms and social pages that we have throughout our organization, it is very complete and covers incredible reach.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love that we can customize our reports and present the most important information to our CEO, it is an excellent tool to manage social media accounts while getting valuable analysis tools, I can schedule posts for all social media accounts very easily, I love it too Being able to publish on multiple social media platforms at the same time, it also offers an easy-to-navigate platform that allows me to quickly see the information I need, it is very intuitive to schedule publications and observe their performance.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would love to have more customization for the general reports directly in Sprout, I also wish Sprout had a visual grid planner where you can visually plan your content and load your feed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the right platform to manage a variety of social channels, providing an analysis on which posts work best, I recommend this platform for social media managers.

What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?
In my experience, Sprout Social’s scheduling features are more impressive than any other program on the market. The features are easier to use and are far more efficient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I personally love the recommended posting times feature. This allows me to do my job in a more efficient manner and also manage other pages in an organized capacity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am mostly happy with this program, however, it would be a bit easier if the editing process was simplified. It can be confusing when trying to edit multiple posts.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a quality social media management platform, I think you will be highly satisfied with Sprout Social. The customer service is excellent and the program delivers excellent results.
