What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?

It is a very complete platform its customer service is very complete, and brings more implementation features than Hootsuite, you can see notifications that you have already seen or answered this in hootsute can not be done, it is a very friendly solution when it comes to customer acquisition and very easy to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the features that I like the most about this platform is that you can compare your company with other competitors and you can see your level of competition, you can follow and not follow publications on twitter accounts a feature

What do you dislike most about this product?

Does not have the option to drag and drop, which makes it difficult to implement publications already made, there are many social networks that are not yet integrated with social sprout so in this case Hootsuite beats this platform

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a great platform can be implemented for free, as for large companies and small in a premium, also has exceptional features that make this platform a great option when choosing a tool to manage social networks, it is important to note that is not available for some social networks
