What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?
It is a very complete social network management platform, which provides all the metrics information of social networks. It offers the necessary integrations to promote the development of marketing in our company. It has the ability to upload publications in bulk, which generates an advantage to reach a greater number of customers. The reports help to accurately analyze the scope of the campaigns and the impact on customers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really appreciate how agile it is to publish engaging and participative content on our social networks. It allows us to receive in real time the participation of our customers and publish content automatically to a large audience. It is very easy to navigate through all the features it offers. It provides customizable reports that facilitate the analysis of the indicators that interest us.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has a varied set of functions of great potential, when you are a new user is little difficult to decipher the scope that has the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is one of the most comprehensive platforms I have used for social media management and monitoring. The set of tools it offers, satisfies our need to reach more customers with the campaigns that are developed in our organization. I recommend using this platform.

What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?
Its high cost sets it apart from similar programs.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
An outstanding dashboard, showing engagements and metrics in a neat and modern format, perfect for showing to different roles (no more alternating between reporting output and live site statistics and such). Comprehensive assistance for today's most prominent social media sites. One may go quite specific with analytics.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While not all platforms are supported, the company has made efforts in response to consumer feedback to include them (we passed over them when we were initially investigating several rivals since they did not support YouTube). When compared to rivals, their prices are greater.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Since the program can easily integrate with other major software applications like Google Analytics, Zendesk, Feedly, and more, I definitely recommend it.

What differentiates Sprout Social from other similar products?
Sprout Social differs from other programs because it has better features and good customer service.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Sproud Social has been a great tool for us to plan and post material to our company's social media accounts. Sprout's user interface is quite basic and understandable, making it a breeze to plan posts and manage many social media accounts from the same place. Whenever we've needed help, their customer care has always been prompt and efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
However, we realize this is a common issue for third-party apps like Sprout Social, and so we're not complaining. We'd just want to be able to control Instagram direct messages from our dashboard.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking to handle social media and content creation on your own or with a team, this is an excellent option. Because it isn't difficult to use and has a great training and customer care staff, I recommend it.
