Sprinklr delves deeply into the world of social media. It brings together all of your social accounts and allows you to monitor, engage, schedule and report in one central location. It is also very customizable for your specific organization's needs.

How much you can customize it to fit your company's needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not the easiest interface to learn and understand. However, once you do, it is a breeze.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a social platform to schedule, store assets, engage, monitor and create reports, sprinklr is a great one! It is very customizable and they have a great customer service team to help you do this. They also meet with you monthly to provide updates or answer any questions they may have.
