What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

Sprinklr social was a social media management software which integrated listening first, so is further down the line in being the most comprehensive integrated social management & listening suite.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dashboarding & analytics which are very easy to setup, share & filter. The social engagements feeds which are vital for community managers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost can be prohibitive and additional features all have costs, in addition to their core product

Consider for your large enterprise brand or clients looking to transform their social management

What differentiates Sprinklr Social from other similar products?

Sprinklr's integration with the leading social networks we use in performance marketing (Meta/Snapchat/Twitter) works flawlessly. It is effortless to monitor and evaluate campaigns across the board. We can also share creative assets seamlessly between networks. Cross-platform content planning and cross-country reporting. The advantage of this: is simplified enterprise-wide comparisons and faster approval processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Management of listening and social media campaigns. In addition, reports and control panels are for external use. Integrating the various networks enables us to bundle uniform messages without requesting individual APIs. We also save time managing creative assets and naming conventions using the internal Sprinklr system. Customer service is also easily accessible and friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With a delay, new versions will be available only through the Sprinklr interface. Beta access is never available. This always makes working with Sprinklr less streamlined than working directly from the native panels.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Customization (dashboard, etc.) and approval processes are simplified, making it easier to work with different lines of business and external service providers. It is worthwhile primarily for large companies that want to use the tool internationally.
