What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Since installing this software in the office, I have been able to complete my assigned activities and tasks more easily, as they are more visible on the sheet, than in the other CRM. The cells can be put together to create a summary of the information. For me it is the ideal CRM.

It is as intuitive as an Excel sheet, which makes it very easy to use, but it has many more built-in functions to successfully manage each activity. The real-time task updates are a great help to know the real status of the project. Alarms and notifications are great for reminding you of activities that might be overlooked.

I have few complaints with this software, although I wish its mobile app was as comprehensive as its web version is. Another flaw is that it takes a long time to upload files to the cloud, depending on the size of the file and for some it has been overwhelming with so many cells when running many projects.

A very intuitive and easy to use tool, many advantages and very few disadvantages I have achieved when working with this software. My activities are smoother, more efficient and I always finish ahead of schedule, thanks to its system of alarms and reminders.
