What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Because Smartsheet has an open source-like database, the user can do more than just manage projects. It can run data sets like budgets or marketing analysis. The Dashboard is decent enough to compete with PowerBI and Looker.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Dashboard needs some more simple features especially around controlling text.

Keep working to build out the dashbaord

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet is very intuitive especially with an organization that is used to work with Excel. The tool is furthermore very intuitive and easy to use for anyone within the business. For sure there are many more items to be discovered. Anything you can think of can be done or can be developed for ease of business operations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Most favorite is that anyone can learn and use the system. No need always for a license as you can easily collaborate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

due to the many templates sometimes hard to chose what would be best fit for purose

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have a call with the client team, ask for demo and a trial version so you can experience the product.

Easy to use, no license needed for users, even i they can update. You need a license only if you create new Sheets or Templates

Little to no learning curve for new users

What do you dislike most about this product?

A little more flexibility in choosing options in Reporting and creating "calculated" reporting capabilities
