What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

With the speed and quality that Smartsheet allows us to deliver everything in record time. We have been able to track all of our processes through the automation features that Smartsheet has given us from the beginning. The level of learning is extensive. Creating forms and being able to add columns easily has been the best thing that Smartsheet presented us with in our license.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet allows you to automate the entire work schedule in all areas necessary to do an exceptional job making use of numerous tools and without allowing any type of collapse when working. It has allowed us to synchronize almost perfectly and gives us security when sending copies of files internally on our network. It is like any Excel spreadsheet, but with many more tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

If you do not have previous experience with this software, it can be difficult to use it for the first time. We need that when we buy the license it comes with tutorials so we do not have to make the external expense of training our novice employees.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall it is a decent application. We had a lot of trouble trying to use their giant template in terms of features and what the tool can and cannot do. Some aspects of this tool are limited (even for the more advanced accounts). Your support agent could not help us when it comes to templates.

Smartsheet offers the easiest way to manage every project in one place . Easy to create and assign task to different teams. Great reminder feature that notifies us of important updates in each project. Smartsheet templates can be customized to fit into different projects requirements.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Awesome customer support team Smartsheet is easy to setup and very little training is required . Easy to customize and it able to integrate well with different applications. Pricing is relatively cheap compared to its competitors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to hate so far. It's offers very great services when it comes to project management.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Implementation and configuration is relatively easy. Cheap and very great customer support team. Helps team to collaborate on different projects and aslo it's easy to customize.

It distinguishes itself from competing applications with its affordable price, abundant features, and time-saving templates.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Whenever I need to create a schedule or Gantt chart, I turn to SmartSheets. This sheet is great since it automatically and intelligently fills in the data that you require. In particular, SmartSheets permit numerous timeline revisions while maintaining version history. There is a lot of flexibility and clear direction in the worksheets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be difficult to track down a certain archived workbook in SmartSheet, especially if it was created some years ago. Waiting for someone to verify or authorize yoVCur access to a certain sheet may also be a hassle. If only there were a more efficient method to automate sheet verifications and approvals.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my opinion, the software is an effective method for managing processes, thus I'm happy to recommend it.
