What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

The Slack application is actually fantastic, and it allows my team to interact more quickly and effectively than Google Hangouts. Slack also makes it simple to start a video chat with a coworker or even a bigger group gathering, which has proven to be really beneficial. Slack is the app I use every day for team meetings and discussing business details.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Slack makes it easier to communicate with our team, organize department/project groups, and include clients. It helps us stay organized and communicate more effectively. File sharing, customer feedback, and document management are all aided by connecting Slack to Apps. I like being able to respond in the middle of a conversation. It creates a fantastic and easy-to-access record of all kinds of concerns and cooperation in a considerably more streamlined manner than email.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My major issue with Slack right now is that Slack Connect discussions are prioritized above-starred conversations at the top of the conversation list. Internal communication is more important to me, and not being able to prioritize talks with outside companies below those I've prioritized is inconvenient.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, a highly developed and feature-rich piece of software! I like that instead of providing everyone access to a document, I can simply post a link to it in a channel. I enjoy being able to send myself reminder texts. It's convenient for me to be able to call individuals through it. For private or secret data sharing, Direct Messages are still available.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

It's a great tool, a lot of communities around it along with apps, bots, development and integrations ready to go. A great productivity tool, easy to use, simple to use for all non-technical users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The support, the lack of issues and knowing my end users find the tool simplistic to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost, while it is a great tool it is without a doubt one of the most expensive solutions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great tool for companies starting up, works great with all platforms and devices, quick to configure, set up and deploy. Great support by Slack themselves and a great item for companies sub 10k users.

What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

Cross platform support works really well. Notification setting and status management made things easy. Love the easeness to refer channel not just person in conversations. The great possibilities of custom integrations also work really well in automating everything.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Custom integrations and workflows. This bring changes and values like no others easily.

What do you dislike most about this product?

huddle sound sometimes have too much echo. It's hard to manage old files well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since this will be per user cost basis. Management of active user will be essential. Sometimes it is hard to find old archived channels so be careful. If you have experience in creating custom integrations/bot please do made them. Some paid third party add-on/apps is actually quite simple to implement by ourselves.
