What differentiates Slack from other similar products?
Slack's simplistic design sets it apart from its peers. Despite the avalanche of features available within Slack, it has the design of a simple chat tool , which the average person can learn to use almost immediately. Slacks overall learning curve is reasonable and its most important features are just a click away and easy to use.

Slack consumes a lot of system resources. This is the only point of little dissatisfaction I can point to.
