What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

Slack has the best integration with third party tools of any business messaging platform I've used. It seamlessly integrates with popular software such as Google Drive, Monday.com , Gitlab and others. The integration with these applications greatly streamlines my team's workflow, bringing increased automation to our daily processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Slack feature that keeps track of conversation history on every channel is what I like best and has been the most beneficial part of Slack for me. Upon joining a new channel, I have access to all previous discussions on that channel, allowing me to easily catch up on prior project conversations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The audio and video call functions on Slack can be improved in terms of stability. Additionally, there is a noticeable lag time before a call to another Slack user finally connects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to business messaging , I always will recommend Slack without hesitation.

You get immediate access to previous conversations once you successfully join an existing group. Past discussions are easy to find, allowing you to catch up on project progress and see which questions got asked.

I disliked the inability to make a public group "private" after it's creation. Would occasionally lag and my.

I like this app and was first introduced to it when I joined a technical support team. It is fast and reliable and has a nice interface which is easy to navigate.
