This restricted the use of emails and prevented conversations and exchanges of confidential company information or marketing projects and information, or stock information, from being disseminated for free. Slack was preferred, it became the company's internal communication tool, it centralized communication and made it more agile, as well as efficient, Slack proved to be very modern and attractive, employees like to use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Slack is modern, clean and has a friendly interface that helps make messaging communication less overwhelming and frequent, employees spend many hours in Slack and its interface makes the journey lighter and more enjoyable. Apps for mobile devices are not simple adaptations of websites that work in a basic way, instead, they are complete, robust and utilize the full functionality of each mobile system. Slack has numerous add-ons and integrations that make it look like a modern tool, among them is the Giphy add-on that allows you to insert reaction GIFs into your conversations just with keywords.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Apparently, Slack performs a bit better on a computer than on a Windows computer. It is somewhat confusing, it could be simplified and also the search could be made easier and faster. In others, it is difficult to find the word you are looking for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to centralize, standardize your internal communication, give it more agility and security, Slack is an excellent option, its implementation is quick and easy, employees like to use it, so if your company has an average number of employees or has branches in different locations, or if you need an internal communication tool, Slack is an opportunity. Slack simplifies communication between company employees, therefore, it helps to streamline other company procedures, thus increasing employee productivity. Slack is also a pleasant and attractive program for employees, who prefer it.
