What do you dislike most about this product?

On occasion, I need to join a sizable private channel, but I have no idea who its owner is or what it's called. Sometimes it's hard to figure out who to talk to so I can join the secret channel. It also takes some time to set up and configure individual company (or personal social group) workspaces, and it's not always possible to replicate that arrangement across devices (for example, if I want my desktop at home to mirror the desktop at work).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Because of how quickly questions are answered and how easily circular email chains are avoided, Slack has quickly become one of our most utilized apps for internal team communication. It works well when everyone in the team is tight and no one minds receiving an honest assessment. Can proliferate to too many workspaces complicating notifications, searches, and one-to-one communications. Document sharing and collaboration could be better, but there are 3rd party integrations.
