What differentiates Slack from other similar products?

You can have channels and DMs. The search option works perfect. The new canvas feature. The bunch of apps you can add. And the workflows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Now it is the automations

What do you dislike most about this product?

One thing is you can't rename easily a DM group with more than two persons. You can't collaborate across file sharing. Can you add a feature to set a status within a date range i.e starting X date/time and finishing Y date/time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its ability to centralize communication and collaboration in one place. The ability to create various topical channels makes it easy to organize conversations and keep teams focused on specific tasks or projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Information overload that can sometimes occur in very active channels. With so many simultaneous conversations and constant notifications, it can become challenging to maintain focus, especially if notification settings and channel organization are not properly managed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of the training resources Slack offers so you and your team can get the most out of the platform. The more you know about its capabilities, the more you can customize it to meet your needs.
