Skyword is a one-stop-shop for all your content management and marketing requirements. This will easily cover anything from creating new content to developing new ideas for reaching the right audience to executing campaigns to target customers better. Skyword offers a complete package for freelance writers looking to build a brand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing all aspects of our business, including correspondence with editors and clients, is quite advantageous. The best part about skyword360 is that it provides a variety of opportunities to interact with content creation groups and companies and assist in improving content quality. The ease of locating and paying freelancers benefits the freelancing community.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its connection with apps and smartphone devices isn't as excellent as on the computer, which would benefit us and make it more convenient if improved. Everything takes place and can be managed in one spot, both a plus and a disadvantage. The part regarding the build for CMS customizations appears to be a little messy at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend it due to its helpful features, and if you have any issues, you may contact the support team. It's a feature-rich content marketing platform that includes everything you'll need to generate, audit, and scale your complete content production process. It allows for more effective collaboration between teams.

What differentiates Skyword Content Marketing Platform from other similar products?

The administration interface is simple, clear and easy to navigate. Very easy to understand and make quick changes to the chat tab and window. We love that the tab changes to the 'Email Us' form when all operators are offline. The price is fine.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Unlimited free text-based chat -Automated chat bot is configurable and robust enough to get most jobs done (did I mention this is free too?) -Easy to connect to any website

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like that sometimes if you log out without editing your availability, at some point you still get missed chats.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The service has a plugin for it that we could integrate with our website, and the setup was really easy and straightforward. I even love the feature where you can add an address and phone number to the chat widget that appears on your website. Available to chat through the website because not everyone likes to talk on the phone or just have a quick question.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Skyword marketing calendar that allows users to set targets and ensure they meet their submission deadline. Customer service is excellent since they respond to questions fast.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No complain since Skyword has fitted our needs. It has helped in marketing our brand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend this app for its amplification tool that helps users to publish social posts on different social media platforms to target the desired audience.
