What do you dislike most about this product?

Despite its user-friendly design, there can still be a bit of a learning curves for support teams to effectively manage and optimize the hybrid AI-human workflow.

It’s consistently evolving, adding new features, and actively seeking user feedback. The regular digests and custom newsletters are incredibly helpful, boosting adoption rates and engagement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customer service is outstanding—it's really easy to reach out for support. The platform's features are unparalleled, and I especially love the push/pull options like the newsletter. The recent addition of AI tools is a great touch. The analytics dashboard is also incredibly detailed and valuable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Content governance could use some improvements. It would be beneficial to have the ability to set custom intervals instead of the fixed 6-month option. Also, adding more automated processes for managing site managers and owners would be valuable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a user-friendly platform with powerful features like AI tools and in-depth analytics. Make sure to take full advantage of its regular updates and excellent customer support.

One thing is that there could be lot more automated governance around managing site managers/owners. other then product seems market fit in all the other aspect
