What differentiates ServiceTitan from other similar products?

Brand recognition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Friendly customer satisfaction team. The base functionality works out of the box well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to easily integrate with outside systems. The lack of advanced features or a clear path on the roadmap to when new features will be released.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a base CRM system, this works amazing. However, if you need to integrate with other systems or use non standard functions, you will find it difficult to proceed.

What differentiates ServiceTitan from other similar products?

When my company started looking into different solutions (the real estate space) service titan was very clear on what they could/couldn't deliver, for us what we needed was a tool that accurately predicted and tracked home purchases in relation to how often building material was acquired for renovations updates. They did a wonder job in providing us with more than we bargained for but the set aside element is that the salesperson was a straight shooter, something rare in this space.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of use and very easy to learn.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think this is universal but no one wants to pay for such a simple yet effective solution so money is a factor (not because it's expensive) more because we couldn't devise a good solution on our own.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure it scales to what you need and talk to the sales reps and get a demo.
