It encompasses manny facets of the home services industry. I have clients across the board in the trades using ServiceTitan. We can customize most workflows to help them best utilize the platform.

Memberships seem to cause hiccups for many users.

Take the time to build it out before expecting perfection. Implementation matters.

What differentiates ServiceTitan from other similar products?
It is consistently updating... each update is honestly just another major productivity draining glitch.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is nice that when a customer calls in that you have serviced before all of their information is readily available.
What do you dislike most about this product?
GLITCHY GLITCHY GLITCHY.... Ease of use is not there at all.... permission based access is a wreck... it's just not something I would want to use again... I would honestly turn down a job offer if they use this solution...
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
PLEASE look into all options available... Please do as you are now and read reviews... Speak with your team who will be end users and ask them how they feel about this product and others they have used before.
