The features are very bulky and mostly easy to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The reporting feature, very complex, though a little difficult to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve for the Reports feature is complicated, difficult to learn

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be aware of every step of the implementation with the vendor.

The reporting also, without the proper training can be very difficult to use

Request training for all the people is going to perform administrative tasks into ServiceNow
