What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

Scalability is Sendgrid's strongest property from my experience. We regularly send out tons of automated newsletters and transactional emails on a daily basis. Sendgrid gets them delivered to recipients inbox in seconds , regardless of the volume or whether the recipient uses a private domain , yahoo, gmail hotmail etc The aforementioned high delivery rate is the most important part of any email marketing solution and Sendgrid does this very well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Although this is not specific to Sendgrid, I think that Sendgrid's code editor is easy to use for me and my peers . It provides key code editing features like syntax highlighting and one-click code synchronization. The availability of the aforementioned two features on Sendgrid's code editor, ensures we can design email templates from scratch from within the Sendgrid dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Just like every other email marketing solution, Sendgrid provides an email templates library. However , the templates on the library have never been fit for the purpose of any of our email campaigns. This is the one aspect of my experience with Sendgrid, which I criticize.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I readily recommend Sendgrid to anyone looking at deploying an email marketing solution with the caveat that , high technical expertise is needed to maximize the quality that Sendgrid offers.

What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

Email marketing is automated so we can reach out to our customers with automatic and recurring emails with no need to duplicate and also it is easy to create marketing emails and design them with simple coding skills

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customer support team is so knowledgeable and offers help 24/7. Can also monitor the number of clicks which helps us to know and track our progress

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires one to have some IT knowledge and coding skills in order to be able to use the software well

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a good tool for email marketing with best features, helps boost sales through customer awareness via email and has a higher ROI

What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

To migrate cold leads to the next level of the sales funnel, Twilio Sendgrid is our best tool. Additionally, our CRM automates the use of Twilio SendGrid for transactional and value emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the biggest features of Sendgrid is its custom HTML authoring platform, which allows users to create their own free-form templates from scratch or copy and paste HTML code from templates from other platforms, such as MoEngage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Due to the lack of no-code capabilities, the SendGrid platform makes link insertion a very laborious process and the price is higher than competing platforms. It takes a lot of time and effort to build domain authority and email reputation on SendGrid.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For both mass activation campaigns and segmentation by specific segments we have used Twilio SendGrid. When we submit a ticket to request more custom reports, the customer support team responds quickly.
