SendGrid gives a wider scope for marketing and offers a bigger range of things that can be done

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scheduled campaigns

What do you dislike most about this product?

It seems to go offline sometimes which stops the automated emails from going out well, if this could be rectified then nothing else is a problem

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have more than 50 people to email more than once a week, this is definitely the application for you

The API integration is powerful, and it handles technical email challenges that other platforms struggle with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The email deliverability is great, my emails actually reach people's inboxes instead of spam folders. The analytics show me exactly what's happening with each email and the API makes it easy to integrate with our website and apps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface feels more technical than user-friendly, so it's not great for marketing teams who want simple design tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's perfect for businesses with technical teams who value deliverability over fancy design features.
