What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

SendGrid is the official email marketing champion in our marketing department. We usually need to create many email campaigns due to the kind of business it is so our email campaigns should always be a hallmark. We as a team work really hard on it and try to deliver it in the perfect manner every time. This is really one of a kind of service and it has a global presence as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SendGrid helps you with management of email marketing by all means. You can easily start an email campaign that is surely editable, you can have contacts in segmentations that way you can cater the needs of everyone and yours as well according to the need. The best and my most favorite part is email testing that I do before sending it to masses and in our own professional circle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SendGrid is a name that many reputable brands chose and that is the only reason why we decided to go this one but let me warn you there is no free trail for any version neither basic nor premium. So, you have only some words and verbal’s before you decide the faith of email marketing in your department.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend you if you want to give your employees as well as customers a premium experience of email marketing and campaigns in a very affordable pricing range. You can keep your emails game up with this one and you can create any type of email campaign that you can imagine with this one.

What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

Sendgrid is simply unique. From its customizable and responsive templates, to its unique email automation and high inbox email delivery rate . All of the above and others not mentioned are uniquely done on Sendgrid in a way, not comparable to what is available on substitute platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sendgrids provides a library of responsive email templates , which we have sometimes relied on for newsletters. Sendgrid templates are easy to customize , even for marketing professionals without a working knowledge of HTML and CSS.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no mobile application for Sendgrid , which would obviously make it easier to track email campaign progress on-the-go via mobile phone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Sendgrid is for growth marketers. , not email marketers.

What differentiates SendGrid Email Marketing from other similar products?

Quality of support available to customers is amongst the best of any software vendor and of course its feature-set.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation Triggers - With Sendgrids automation triggers, we successfully have been able to initiate contact with sales prospects. This ensures we are saving time and human resource, without compromising on efficiency.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It basically lacks a mobile presence, as regards managing Email marketing activity. Also, it is very technical and never the right entry-level tool for teams or professionals without extensive knowledge on email marketing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you can get a grasp of it , no email marketing is close to Sendgrid at present.
