What differentiates Semrush from other similar products?
The ease of downloading large amounts of data and the platform's straightforward design set it apart from competitors. The customer service is top-notch.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Using SEMrush, I no longer have to manually compile data for new clients' study topics. Every time I collect data, I double-check it using Google Trends before proposing a course of action. After that, I make sure to do a full audit of any new site we launch using SEMrush. It finds all the important details, like missing meta data or poor load times, so we can fix any problems right away.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that I have to pay more to add new projects to my subscription, and this turns out to be very expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I think this program is great because it's simple enough for new employees to pick up and run with no guidance.

The audience engagement portion and traffic funnel, allowing us to see where and why people are coming to our site

The lack of analytics around some of our lower-ranking content; but again this is understandable

You can defeat Google and rank in search much faster with SEMRush -- it's worth it
