What differentiates Second Nature from other similar products?

Second Nature helped me scale the program without having to add enablement headcount, which was the whole point. It works behold the core sales team, and we even run new hire onboarding through it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My prep time as a manager has dropped because the platform takes care of the receptive parts of coaching. I like that I can adapt a discovery template for a new segment without starting from scratch, and the bar stays consistent for every new hire regardless of who runs onboarding.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything right now. Second Nature has been helpful and useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I highly recommend Second Nature. It's a great and excellent tool.

Second Nature is very interactive and helpful when it comes to the script portion of training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It permits more resources for agents to get practice with the sales process and I like the unlimited training attempts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

AI can glitch sometimes if you aren't specific enough and this can lead to a improper response.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Second Nature will help agents become confident talking about your products and selling them.
