What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how you can manage the process in as much detail or as simply as you need for different internal teams to execute their tasks and obligations while keeping everyone in the loop. We also like the ability to do assessments and approvals online rather than in person or on paper. Scoro most beneficial feature is that it allows you to schedule regular tasks. The most significant benefit is that you can track tasks throughout the work process and keep track of all deadlines and results in one convenient location. This enables everyone to view the same page at the same time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The time tracking tool on Scoro is definitely one of the most in need of development, it provides all of the necessary features for project time monitoring, but not much more, some once-simple project management components have grown more complex to manage, requiring more clicks to do the same amount of work. The software also has certain limitations in terms of what we can do with it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

See what you really need for your project management solution before meeting the Scoro team. They were able to solve the problems we had while researching our alternatives. Scoro is a great growth tool. Now you can interact with Jira, which was previously a challenge for your team, so you can build your projects faster. Now you have a solid understanding of the profitability of people and roles at the project level.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UI is fantastic the team is simple to deal with and there are several connectors that can be coupled using Zapier. Scoro is widely recognized as one of the greatest task management and project management tools available and it has really aided me in organizing and monitoring ongoing and finished tasks. I really like how simple it is to organize Projects, Tasks, Quotes and Billing in one location. The project management abilities are outstanding and the increase in system upgrades has been really advantageous. Scoro customisation works great for us we've been able to adjust many of the aspects to better fit how we handle projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is very adjustable, the system cannot be fully customized since some of the drop-down lists are default settings. It would be convenient to be able to delete a task from a project without having to return to the original project. Other aspects that we had to seek for in Scoro that we believe should have been clear from the start. The Gantt chart/task builds view, for example, is challenging. Dependencies are wasteful, it appears that certain bugs must be fixed.

Make sure you're familiar with all of Scoro components so you don't overlook any important tools. Our numerous dividers' adjustable condition is also outstanding. Scoro streamlines the process of alerting the group of changes and deadlines. Working on projects or activities is something I cherish. I prefer to work on assignments with subtasks. Maintaining a clear timeline and organizing finished tasks is desirable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

After completing a project, I thought it would be great if it could be hidden from the current sidebar and task list. There is no joy in viewing a job that is never finished. It would also be beneficial to incorporate some gamification into the process of finishing the task. However, this is a very high standard. If notification settings are not modified, uploading files might take too long and generate too many emails. I wish a place existed for the period allocated. The custom field is not an option for us. We need to know how long team members should spend on a job and whether they are going over time.
