What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?

I think success factors looks after alot of feedback that we get from employees & we get good analytics. We already had all other SAP services so this was natural selection.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Good analytics for talent management & best feedback mechanism.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Implementation is complex & time consuming. & Also there is good amount of learning curve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have familiarity with SAP suite this can be your go to product. But it is on a little costlier side.
