What differentiates SAP Business Workflow from other similar products?

Our largest issue was warehouse management, but SAP Business One's ability to enable third-party add-ons, customise functionality, and manage customers and deliveries as well as track orders and shipments has greatly improved these areas.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For a SME, SAP B1 is a highly straightforward and user-friendly ERP (small to medium enterprise). I've used this ERP for over 2 years and find it to be quite beneficial for gathering data and using it to inform decisions. You can create your own reports for examination on a daily, monthly, and annual basis. It is simple to swap between the two components. I fervently urge start-up companies to use SAP B1 ERP. Second, when my organisation chose to move to MySap, it was very simple to export data from Sap B1 to MySap.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The features and functionalities of the programme, particularly the accounting and personnel management tools, are simplistic because it is best suited for small businesses. It takes a lot of clicking to find and access several tools because they are rather hidden. It appears that I'm using an older piece of software, thus I would prefer a more contemporary interface in the upcoming upgrades, but this is purely a question of taste.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Easy to analyze data and no other software needs against this.
