The features. Features, features, features. There are so many features that can be customized for anyone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be complicated and support can be too into the product sometimes to dumb it down.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure to setup training for all employees that use the product. Training is the key to integration.

What differentiates SAP Business Network from other similar products?

SAP Ariba is efficient to use and simplifies the complex procurement process enabling companies buy and acquire their preferred items in a competitive manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SAP Ariba enables us implement strategic sourcing and this brings competitiveness to our purchasing process enabling acquisition of goods in a fair price. Its efficient to use and fits well in all organizations including even the SMEs guaranteeing them a fair procurement process. Comes with a spending management solution and this ensures that revenue and resources are spent prudently based on organizational budget.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of our less tech-savvy users had a steep learning curve in understanding how to use the platform in an efficient manner but with time this improved a lot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SAP Ariba is affordable and when acquired it improves the whole procurement process enabling strategic sourcing, inventory management among other benefits that improve the way you work as an organization.
