What differentiates SAP Business Network from other similar products?

Streamlines the procurement process, automates the PO/PR workflow, and assists in ensuring that PR/POs and costs are documented and authorized in accordance with the organization's specified standards. I can discover suppliers and buyers using SAP ARIBA software, which is highly compliant and audit-friendly, and the procurement is completed while all security measures are in place. It truly assists clients in meeting their requirement to handle a huge number of tenders or invoices, and because it is a comprehensive package, there is no need to seek assistance from other sources.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I enjoy best about it is its easy interface with other SAP products, which is the ERP used by the majority of businesses, and the flexibility to construct custom validations depending on business requirements. It is a platform where company owners, suppliers, and buyers can easily communicate on a single platform, and it is a SAP product, making it a more secure and trusted source of trust. SAP Ariba is a great solution for handling invoices and bids since it is cloud-based, has high availability, and does not rely on local servers, and it has a nice user interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There isn't much I don't like; in particular, customer service should be improved, and if the price plan is slightly updated, it will easily attract more consumers. I believe the product is pretty outdated, and the UI is quite monotonous, which occasionally causes my eyes to sleep; I cannot work if the UI/UX is poor.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a trustworthy application where suppliers and buyers can easily communicate, and the tool makes it more safe and trustworthy; it is a one-stop shop for customers and suppliers. Both buyers and suppliers may be located in the SAP Ariba tool, and you don't have to look for the same item twice; it has everything that buyer-suppliers would require.

It is one of the solutions that this platform provides to its clients, it is a tool for carrying out commercial and financial processes that maximizes and enhances all commercial procedures in the same place, this is one of the alternatives that will allow you as an organization to manage and have a control of each process or transaction whether of payments or sales of your organization in a visible way and without failures, something that in the end will only bring benefits to your organization

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows to have control with processes related to payments of partners and customers in an exact way, which reduces problems of monthly calculations and constant updates of the financial processes of the company, reduces in a few words, the risks within the organization and increases the flow of work

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no problem, it fulfills its function
