What differentiates SAP Ariba Contracts from other similar products?

The system offers a variety of features for managing both suppliers and customers, and most of these work right out of the box. Getting started was simple and didn’t require much training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customer support is decent, sometimes a bit slow, but they usually manage to help. I use the platform almost every day and it has lots of features that makes my testing and regular work smoother.

What do you dislike most about this product?

some users perceive the interface and workflows as less user-friendly than anticipated
